10 NOV ’22: For this state-of-the-art pharmaceutical organisation with offices in Belgium, Ireland, and the UK, we are looking for an Account Manager Hospital. This auspicious organisation is a global player in the generics market, with around 15 molecules in the European and US market.They focus on the distribution of medicines and the development and manufacturing of generic pharmaceutical products destined for markets worldwide.


We are looking for an Account Manager Hospital who will be responsible for broadening the client portfolio by making account plans for the hospitals in order to look at potential, business development, and future strategy. You will also work closely with hospital pharmacists and physicians in an integrated account approach, allowing you to identify opportunities.In addition, you will also be (end) responsible for the following:

  • You approach the Belgian hospital market in a structured way with the objective to deliver services and products;
  • You share all obtained info from the Belgian hospitals through the CRM system.


As the Account Manager Hospital,you can manage your accounts according to their needs, aligned with your objectives. You will also bring seniority to hold it. Due to the importance of the role, we expect that you havea strong knowledge of the Hospital and Hospital Pharmacies’ environment and the purchasing processes.Furthermore, you’re also required to:

  • At least have 5 years of experience in a hospital Sales role or similar and a proven track record;
  • You know in detail the Belgian Hospitals environment: Flanders;
  • Your native language is Dutch. Other languages are an asset;
  • manage the sales process through closing and handle all aspects of contract negotiation;
  • Driven by results & excellence on the job, you have the attitude to make things happen.
