The “My first month at…” column will elaborate on the experiences of professionals who recently started their new job in the biotechnology industry.

In this article, Stephanie Nouwen writes about her experience. She recently started as Regulatory Affairs Officer at Interdos. We did a small interview with her to ask what the first impressions are,  the perfect fit with the company and her future ambitions! Read below her answers on the questions about her first month at Interdos!

  • What is the work you do here?

I am currently working as Regulatory Affairs Officer at Interdos. I provide services to the Interdos clients varying from obtaining and maintaining regulatory licenses for medicinal products, preparation and submission of variations and writing registration dossiers for duplicate registrations.

  • Why is this the perfect fit?

I was ready for a new challenge when the opportunity came to me to start as a regulatory affairs officer at Interdos. It is a varied job, where you learn new things every day. You always have to keep a clear head but that is what makes it interesting. I am convinced that this company is good for my professional as well as my personal growth. I can appreciate the open way In which the colleagues interact with each other.

  • What is your first impression of the company?

The company was ready for me to start. They gave me a warm welcome and they made sure I understood that I was valued and will become a significant part of the organisation. This told me I made the right choice.

  • What are your growth ambitions (if you have any at this moment)?

I have a healthy ambition to keep learning and growing, and we will see what the future holds!
